The CCH Auxiliary is in need of volunteers to help staff the CCH Gift Shop. Shifts are 9 am – noon and noon – 3pm. Currently the shop is open Tue, Wed and Thu – but hopes to be open on Mondays and Fridays as well once enough volunteer staffing is available. If you are unable to commit to a weekly shift, there is also a need for those willing to work on an as needed basis to fill in for shift absences.

The CCH Auxiliary utilizes Gift Shop proceeds to directly support the mission of Calais Community Hospital. For many years, patients and CCH staff have benefited from services and support provided by the CCH Auxiliary. The Auxiliary invests in the health of the community by contributing funds to facility improvements that support vital patient services, enhance wellness and prevention, and give ongoing support to services that provide comfort and care to patients and visitors.

Join our team! New volunteers need to simply complete a volunteer application, provide proof of immunizations, and attend a brief orientation.
