In Woodland on Thursday, May 6th, Tony Dana pitched six innings, allowing two earned runs and striking out five to earn the win, as the Coach Marc Rohde’s Blue Devils defeated Coach Kenny Murphy’s Woodland Dragons 10-3.
Ryland Sabattus pitched the last inning, striking out the side to close out the game.
Calais was led by Muwin Dana, who had two hits, including a double, and two RBI. Ti Bennett added two hits and two RBI. Ryley Case and Kobe Saunders each added two RBI.
Woodland was led by Cyrus Sewell, who reached base three times, and Brogan Brown, who knocked in two runs.
Rohde’s Blue Devils improved their record to 3-1, while Murphy’s Dragons record fell to 5-2.
