* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7
  inches, with locally higher amounts possible along the coast.

* WHERE...Portions of Coastal DownEast, Interior DownEast, and
  Penobscot Valley Maine

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
