This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Central Highlands Maine,
Coastal DownEast Maine, Far Eastern Maine, Interior DownEast Maine
and Penobscot Valley Maine.

Light snow tonight will give 2 to 4 inches Downeast. This may result
in slippery roads conditions late tonight into early Thursday
morning.

Extremely cold wind chills and temperatures are expected late Friday
through Monday. Wind chills should bottom out around 25 below zero
for much of the area, and it will remain bitterly cold for several
days. This should be a cold outbreak of the magnitude we typically
see only every few years.
