Coastal DownEast Maine, Far Eastern Maine, Interior DownEast Maine
and Penobscot Valley Maine.
Northwest winds will approach 45 mph again on Tuesday behind a cold
front, especially over the higher terrain. These winds may bring down
large branches along with a threat for isolated power outages.
