* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to
  two inches for a storm total of 1 to 3 inches, sleet accumulations
  between one tenth and three tenths of an inch and ice
  accumulations up to one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of Coastal DownEast, Interior DownEast, and
  Penobscot Valley Maine

* WHEN...Until 5 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
  Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
