Two people in Hancock County have been arrested and charged with aggravated drug trafficking offenses following a joint drug investigation among MDEA’s Down East Task Force, the Maine Warden Service, and the Maine Marine Patrol.
Seized during the search warrant were drugs, cash and 46 firearms. (Only some of the firearms are pictured)

On Thursday, December 1, 2022 a third person was arrested in connection to the Corinna drug trafficking investigation and an additional 482 grams of fentanyl, with a street value of $73,000, has been seized from a Newport, Maine motel.
Agents arrested and charged 25-year-old Dylan Ireland of Corinna with Aggravated Trafficking in Schedule W Drugs (fentanyl), He was transported to the Penobscot County Jail where bail was set at $10,000 in cash by a bail commissioner.

Agents with the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency seize approximately $245,000 worth of fentanyl and methamphetamine in Aroostook County. Agents also recovered firearms and cash and made one arrest.
