On 1-26-2022 Kasha Hill, 52, of Baileyville was arrested and charged with Trafficking Schedule W Drugs. It is alleged that Hill used the US Postal Service to send the drugs to individuals around the county.
Responding to an anonymous complaint that Hill was sending drugs through the mail. The Baileyville PD worked with the employees of the Baileyville Post Office and Postal Inspector Emily Spera to track mail from Hill.
A K-9 unit utilized by the USPS alerted on a package Hill was attempting to send. The postal inspector applied for and was granted a search warrant for the package. Inside the package was a quantity of Suboxone.
An arrest warrant was issued for Hill, and she was arrested without incident at her home in Baileyville. The Baileyville PD would like to thank the US Postal Service, MDEA, and the WCSO for their assistance with this case.
