Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Central Washington and Interior Hancock Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult if not impossible. Widespread blowing snow will create whiteout conditions. Conditions will begin deteriorating around the tail end of the Monday morning commute, and extremely dangerous conditions are expected for the Monday evening commute.
