Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Central Washington and Interior Hancock Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult if not impossible. Widespread blowing snow will create whiteout conditions.
