* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 8
  inches, with locally higher amounts possible.

* WHERE...Coastal Hancock, Coastal Washington, Central Washington,
  and Interior Hancock Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
