On July 18th, 2025, at approximately 2231HRS, The Calais Police Department responded to a report of a burglary on Lowell Street in Calais. During the investigation, officers seized approximately 300 grams of Cocaine which led to the arrest of Rochelle Millay, 27 of Calais and Sherod Hopkins, 52 of Dorchester, MA. Both Millay and Hopkins were Charged with Aggravated Trafficking Schedule W Drugs.
Both subjects were transported to Washington County Jail.
This case remains under investigation.
The Calais Police Department was assisted by the United States Border Patrol during this investigation.
