Troopers are on scene of a serious two-vehicle crash on I-295 southbound near the toll booth in Scarborough. There is a full shut down of traffic. Both southbound and northbound lanes are shut down between mile makers 3 and 4. Motorists should seek an alternative route or expect delays. Traffic updates will be posted on our social media pages. A full release will be sent out once all relevant information is confirmed.
