- Leane Zainea and Don Macomber have the sentencing hearing in the case of State of Maine v. Kailie Brackett at 9:00 a.m. in Washington County. After jury trial, Brackett was found guilty of the intentional or knowing or depraved murder for the death of Kimberly Neptune on April 21, 2021. This hearing is being done in person.
