...HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 to 70
  mph possible, with the highest gusts along the Downeast coast.

* WHERE...Southern Penobscot, Interior Hancock, Central
  Washington, Coastal Hancock and Coastal Washington Counties.

* WHEN...From very late Tuesday night through Wednesday
  afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power
  lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be
  difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow loading on trees and power lines prior
  to melting after the changeover to all rain could also add to impacts
  from this event.
