• Leane Zainea and Don Macomber have jury selection in the cases of State of Maine v. Kailie Brackett and State of Maine v. Dana Donnell starting at 8:30 a.m. in Washington County. Brackett and Donnell have both been charged with intentional or knowing or depraved murder for the death of Kimberly Neptune on April 21, 2021. The trial will commence after jury selection.
• Jen Ackerman and ADA Berggren have a hearing on a motion to lift the impound of the affidavit in the matter of State of Maine v. Lorenze Labonte at 2:30 p.m. in York County. Labonte has been charged with intentional or knowing murder for the death of Ahmed Sharif on November 24, 2023. This hearing is being done via Zoom.

• Lisa Bogue and Leanne Robbin have the jury trial in the case of State of Maine v. Damion Butterfield starting at 8:30 a.m. in Cumberland County. Damion Butterfield has been charged with the intentional or knowing murder, aggravated attempted murder with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and robbery in connection with the murder of Derald Coffin and the attempted murder of Annabelle Harnett on April 26, 2022.

• Leane Zainea has a plea in the case of State of Maine v. Rebecca Moores in Washington County at 8:30 a.m.. Moores has been charged with intentional or knowing murder for the death of Paula Johnson on February 9, 2022. This plea is being done in person.
