October 10, 2023
- Lara Nomani and Jen Ackerman have a Harnish hearing in the matter of State of Maine v. Leanza Boney at 1:00 p.m. in Washington County. Boney is charged with one count of intentional or knowing or depraved murder, felony murder, robbery and arson for the death of Wayne Foss on October 28, 2017. This hearing will be in person.
- Jen Ackerman and Lisa Bogue have the initial appearance in the matter of State of Maine v. Tyler Witham-Jordan in Lincoln County at noontime. Witham-Jordan has been charged with the intentional or knowing or depraved indifference murder of a minor child on December 25, 2022. This initial appearance will be held via zoom.
October 13, 2023
- Bud Ellis and Jeff Baroody have a motion to suppress evidence hearing in the matter of State of Maine v. Matthew Pendleton at 8:30 a.m. in Waldo County. Pendleton has been charged with one count of intentional or knowing or depraved indifference for the murder of Kevin Curit on January 5, 2023. This is an in person hearing.
- Lisa Bogue has the arraignment in the matter of State of Maine v. Andrew St. George in Oxford County at 11:00 a.m. St. George has been charged with the intentional or knowing or depraved indifference murder of his estranged wife, Barbara St. George, on July 7, 2023. This arraignment will be in person.
