Missing 2-year-old, Lydia Hansen.

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is assisting the Sanford Police Department Criminal Investigation Division  with the case of a missing 2-year-old, Lydia Hansen.

 

 

Lydia was last seen with her mom,  Jill Sidebotham, 28, and her dad, Nicholas Hansen, 38, on June 27, 2022 in Springvale, Maine. The trio were leaving for a camping trip over 100 miles away and were expected to return back to the Springvale area on June 30, 2022.  No one has been able to reach Jill or Nicholas since shortly after they left and their phones are believed to now be off. The Sanford Police Department has confirmed that the trio made it to their destination of Coos Canyon Campground in Byron, Maine  on June 29th but they did not return home as anticipated on June 30th.

 

 

There was an additional sighting of the trio on July 2, 2022 at a Wal-Mart in Mexico, Maine  However, there has been no reported sightings of the them since that time. Jill, Nicholas and Lydia may be traveling in a Silver 2005 VW Jetta with a black rear bumper, Maine license plate 1563VJ.

 

The Sanford Police department wants to public to know that at this time they are attempting to locate Jill, Nicholas and Lydia to check on their wellbeing. According to the Sanford Police Department, “We have no indication the family is in danger, but out of caution, we would like to confirm this and advise them of the extended family’s concerns.”

 

Lydia is 2 years-old, she is 3 feet tall and weighs 30 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Jill is 28 years old, she is 5 foot 3 inches tall and has brown hair and blue eyes. She has a large tattoo on her upper thigh and multiple face piercings.

Nichols is 38 years old, he is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

 

If you have information regarding the disappearance of Lydia, Jill or Nicholas or have seen the listed vehicle you are asked to call the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or 9-1-1.
