This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Central Highlands Maine,
Coastal DownEast Maine, Far Eastern Maine, Far Northern Maine,
Interior DownEast Maine, North Woods Maine and Penobscot Valley
Maine.
A cold front will move through the area on Thursday. A wave of low
pressure will move up from the southwest leading to a significant
precipitation event. At this time it appears northern Maine will
experience heavy snow with mixed precipitation possible over
Downeast. This event is still 4 days out with low confidence at this
time, so stay tuned to later forecasts.
