1. Call the Meeting to Order – Pledge of Allegiance – Moment of Silence
AOS Chair Krista Vining called the meeting to order at 5:56 p.m., and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited, followed by a moment of silence.
2. Adjustments to the Agenda – There were no adjustments to the agenda.
3. Consider/Approve the Minutes of the February 10, 2020 AOS School Committee Meeting
It was moved by Meg McGarvey, seconded by Eileen Curry, and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the February 10, 2020 AOS School Committee Meeting, as written.
4. Review, Discussion, and Possible Action on the Proposed 2020 – 2021 AOS Budget
Superintendent Johnson reviewed the proposed two proposed 2020 – 2021 AOS Budgets and answered questions on both versions.
It was moved by Howard McFadden, seconded by Krista Vining, and voted unanimously to adopt the 2020 – 2021 AOS Budget totaling $601,876.
5. Consider Setting a Date for the Annual AOS Budget Meeting and Sign Warrant
It was moved by Krista Vining, seconded by Erin Guire, and voted unanimously to schedule the AOS Budget Meeting and Vote on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. at the Charlotte Elementary School. The warrants were then distributed and signed by all AOS members.
6. Adjournment
Chair Krista Vining adjourned the meeting at 7:04 p.m.
