A Fredericton jury has found 50-year-old Matthew Raymond not criminally responsible due to a mental disorder for the 2018 killings of four people.
The families of Donnie Robichaud, Bobbie Lee Wright and police Constables Robb Costello and Sara Burns hugged each other and sobbed after the verdict was announced.
Raymond bowed his head and wiped away tears but said nothing. (9)
