Local Family Nurse Practitioner Retiring - Aug. 22, 2017

Local Family Nurse Practitioner Retiring
Anne Perry, FNP is a Mainer with a passion for her community.  She attended High School in Winterport, received her Bachelors in Nursing at the University of Maine, and eventually obtained her MSN-FNP from Husson University in 1998.  Subsequent to her undergraduate studies, she relocated to New York State for a while and worked as a Registered Nurse.  Upon her return to Maine, Anne worked at Franklin Memorial Hospital as an Obstetrics and Pediatrics Registered Nurse until she obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner credentials. In 1998, Anne came to Calais to pursue her new Family Nurse Practitioner career in a local primary care practice.
Anne began her career at Calais Regional Hospital in 2005 as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has become a well-respected health care provider within our region while also balancing her political obligations as our local representative in the Augusta Legislature. It is clear to all that Anne's priority is the wellbeing of her patients, whether it is in the office setting or during house calls to her homebound patients.
Anne has 3 children and 5 grandchildren and enjoys as much time as she can get with her family.  While she will certainly be missed at Calais Regional Medical Services, we wish her well in her retirement.  Please join us on Thursday, August 31, 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the CRH Classroom to wish her well and thank her for her service to our community both here in the area as well as in Augusta.
