Nov. 10:
Trooper Kim Sawyer summonsed a 24-year-old Bradford man for sale and use of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on route 1, Baileyville.
Nov. 12:
Trooper Kim Sawyer received a scam complaint in Topsfield. The complainant reported that she received a message on Facebook from her friend that stated the Federal Government sent her money and she would need to email them. She emailed them and received a response that they needed her personal information. Her friend did not send that and she did not give out any information. Trooper Kim Sawyer advised her to notify FB, block, and provided her with this website http://www.consumerfraudreporting.org/
Trooper Cliff Peterson received a burglary complaint in Sorrento. The complainant reported that two televisions had been taken from his summer residence sometime within the last two weeks.
Nov. 14:
Trooper Barnard handled a report of a theft in Jonesport. The complainant reported that her boat was being worked on and someone took her fish finder off of her boat.
Trooper Cliff Peterson received a burglary complaint in Lamoine. The complainant reported that she discovered that her mother-in-laws residence had been broken into a week ago. A small amount of loose cooper had been taken. The copper piping in the basement had not been disturbed.
Nov. 15:
Trooper Jason Fowler investigated a theft complaint at the Hilltop Cemetery off Maple Street in Danforth. The investigation disclosed that forty bronze US veteran flag holder posts had been taken sometime between 10-30-12 and 11-15-12. The investigation continues.
Trooper Greg Roy received a theft complaint from in Castine. The complainant reported that several items had been taken from the "State of Maine" ship at MMA sometime since 11-01-12. The items included a thirty foot ladder, four heavy rope lines which were fifty feet long, four nylon one inch stoppers which were seven feet long and four fire hoses which were two and a half inches by ten feet long and had "Do Not Cross" written on them. The investigation continues.
Trooper Daniel Ryan arrested a 47-year-old man in Verona for having two active warrants for his arrest.
Trooper Andrew Foss handled a burglary complaint in Whiting where a firearm was reported stolen. Investigation continues.
Trooper Chad Lindsey summonsed a 39-year-old man in Township 30 for criminal speed. (88 in a 55 zone)
Nov. 18:
Trooper Bryan Creamer investigated a report of an erratic vehicle on Route 1 in Hancock. It was reported that a camper had crossed the centerline and almost hit an oncoming vehicle. The camper then drove off the road in front a masonry business. The operator of the vehicle was located walking north on Route 1. Trooper Creamer identified the driver as a 64-year-old Hancock man and arrested the man and charged him with driving to endanger and violation of bail.
Trooper Keith York summonsed a Milbridge man for criminal speed.
