10:00- 12:00 noon – Open viewing of Civil War mural undergoing restoration, Tides Institutes GAR Hall, 6 Green Street.
12:00 noon– Little Mr & Miss 4th of July (ages 2-4) Overlook Park
1:00-4:00 – Drop- in art activities/art kids, StudioWorks, 48 water street
2:00 – Miss 4th of July Contest. Overlook Park. Miss 5-8, Junior Miss 9-13, and Miss 14-18. Contestants for all age categories must register by 2:00 pm.
2:00–6:00– Class of 1966. Lobster Crate.
3:00 – Bike Races. Starts half way down Deep Cove Road and ends at Fire Station. Trike and ages 2-4 in parking lot.
4:00 – Pet Show. Cutest, Most Patriotic, Best Tricks, Most Unusual, Best of Show. Overlook Park. Prizes
4:00-7:00– Class of 1971. Rossport. Quoddy Village. (Rain date July 4th same time)
5:00 – Class of 1981. Lobster Crate
6:00-8:00 – Live Music by Against the Grain. Overlook Park.
DUSK- Torchlight Parade. Post Office to Motel East.

SUNRISE- 61st Annual Flag Raising at Breakwater. Sunrise is approximately 4:45 am
7:00-11:00 – Annual Blueberry Pancake Breakfast. Eastport Municipal Airport
9:00 – Dale C. Lincoln Kids’ One-Mile Fun Run. Ages 13 and under. Boat School to Dead River Company on Key Street
9:00 – 43rd Annual Buddy Allen Car, Truck and Bike Show. Breakwater. Cars welcome to arrive at 8 am, judging will begin at 9 am.
10:00 – Eastport 4th of July Rubber Ducky Race. Fish Pier to Waco Diner Pier. Exact time depends on the tide, Ducks available at First National Bank during the month of June or at Overlook Park 4th of July events.
10:00 – Water Sports. Fish Pier. Try for the flag at the end of the greasy pole.
10:00-1:00– Caricatures. Sutherland Amphitheater.
12:00 noon– Doll Carriage, Wagon, Bike and Trike Parade. Post Office to Bank Square. Prizes
2:00 –Grand Independence Day Parade. Theme: “Happy Belated 200th Birthday, Maine”. Floats line up on Staniels Road by Youth Center. Judging at 1:15 pm. First $500
6:00-8:00– Live Music by Stillwaters Band. Classic Rock and Country Rock. Overlook Park.
