…WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST
SATURDAY…

* WHAT…Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations of 2
to 4 inches for a storm total of 3 to 7 inches, sleet
accumulations of around one inch and ice accumulations of up
to four tenths of an inch.

* WHERE…Portions of Coastal DownEast, Interior DownEast and
Lower Penobscot Valley Maine.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM EST Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Power outages and tree damage are
possible due to the ice and wind. Travel could be very
difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning
and evening commute. Power outages are possible especially
when the wind increases Friday evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
